Controlling your personal information
The nature of the business is photography.
Photographs taken are solely for the purpose of selling back to the customer and images are not sold on to third parties.
Placement of pictures on our website, social media, advertising or marketing will have prior permission from the customer.
Images are stored on a password protected cloud based secure drive and kept for up to 6 months to allow customers to re order.
Images for processing are stored on a password protected non-portable computer.
Photographs and personal data can be deleted at any time if requested by the customer.
Images are not tagged by name or any other personal details and they are individually password protected.
Any device containing your images is password protected.
In cases where more than one child appears in an image, consent is sought for display and download from all parties with an interest, after which an access code is granted. We require that all images downloaded are subject to personal use and they may not be resold or redistributed.
When using parts of our website you may encounter forms to fill out with your email address or other personal information at which time you will have the option whether we may contact your pertaining to that form or event.
If you have created an account with us, you can update your account information at any time by logged into your account and using the My Account area.
